Choose the product you’d like to personalise, select your quantity and share your design details with us. You can send us your own artwork or tell us your theme, colours, wording and ideas. We’ll then prepare the design before production.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. If you already have a design, logo or artwork, you can send it through to us. We’ll adapt it to fit the product where needed and make sure it works well for printing.

Can you create the design for me?

Absolutely. If you don’t have finished artwork, just send us your theme, colours, wording and any inspiration you have. We can help turn your idea into a custom design.

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. A digital proof can be sent for approval before your order goes into production, so you can check the layout, wording and overall look.

Can I make changes to the design?

Yes, changes can be made during the design and approval stage. Once you have approved the final artwork and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

How long does my order take?

Because every order is personalised, turnaround times depend on the product, quantity and design requirements. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event date, especially for larger or more detailed orders.

Do you offer rush orders?
